[Halld] 2017 Fall run

Dear colleagues,

We got 2.5 days of beam on December 18-21. Three halls ran at the same
time. Hall B ran at 5 passes and Hall D at 5.5 passes, using the 750
MHz separator the first time.

We have completed the program set for this short period, making sure
that we are ready for the GlueX physics run in Jan-Mar 2018.  The
solenoid stayed at the nominal current for 3 weeks.
