[Halld] RunPeriod change

Hi All,

  Today I will be clearing some files off of the RAID server in preparation for the upcoming run.
a couple of important items:

1. Copying of data to tape was turned off this summer while doing some DAQ system testing.
Runs 31529 and higher have not and WILL NOT be copied to tape unless someone tells me a
run is important. If you took any special runs this Summer/Fall and do not see the files in /mss
already, contact me ASAP. Note that these files will, persist for a while in the volatile directory
on the RAID server until they are deleted by the automatic algorithm as more space is needed.

2. The RunPeriod will be switched to "RunPeriod-2018-01”. All data we take starting today and
through the Spring 2018 run will go into this Run Period. The run numbers will all be in the
40000’s.

3. If you have any files on any of the RAID servers or in the hdops directory that you can clean
that would be nice. I will be doing some cleanup myself, but it helps if there is less stuff to sift
through.
