[Halld] Run is extended till May 7

The run extension through May 6 is now official.

It is very likely that the Lab will receive funding for 22 weeks of
running in this fiscal year. The fall run may start on Aug 23 (not yet
official). In such a scenario the experiment E12-06-102 ("low
intensity" GlueX) would finish data takinig at the beginning of
October.
