[Halld] Hall D Equipment alignment spreadsheet for Fall2017/Spring2018

Hi All, 

The updated spreadsheet and survey documents can be found on the "O" drive at O:\halld_engineering\Alignment\Fall 2017 Run 

Some notes below: 
Items resurveyed prior to Fall 2017 run: HG Pair Spec, TAC, Muon Detector (added), Collimator, Goniometer, FCAL, Target/SC 


TOF was not remeasured but the originally measured offset from th FCAL was assumed since it was not disturbed. 
CompCal was removed for this run 
Scattering chamber was not remeasured 
10micron foil on Goni replaced with 40micron al foil and V wire installed 


Muon detector was originally measured to be 28mm beam right 
and 22mm low. It was re-positioned to nominal but not remeasured.
