[Halld] Counting house upgrades complete (mostly)

Hi All,

  Most of the work on the upgrades/maintenance of the counting house computers and
networking is complete. The remaining issues have to do with renaming of a couple of
computers. The DAQ  system will not be available until that is complete and the CODA
configurations are updated. This should happen early next week if it does not get completed
today.

You should be able to use the farm nodes to access the raid disks now.

Please note that gluon118 and gluon119 are going to be renamed so they may disappear
at any point. Use gluon113 or gluon115 instead.

gluon02-gluon05 have been upgraded to RHEL7. gluon01 will be upgraded next week.
If you run into issues, please let me know.
