[Halld] Status, shifts cancelled until 03/23 8am

Dear Collaborators,

Accelerator repairs continue to be on track. Consequently, we are planning to ramp-up the solenoid tomorrow and cool the LH2 target. While the magnet ramps up, the hall will be swept and put in controlled access.

The shifts are cancelled until Friday morning (03/23, 8am), for the same reason as yesterday (please see below).

Please let me or Ben. Zihlmann know if you need more information.
