[Halld] Open House Volunteers

Hi All,

  For those of you volunteering for the JLab Open House, this is a reminder that if you did not go to the
training session this morning, then there are two more training sessions:

Wed. at 9am 
Thursday at 2pm

You MUST attend one of these to get your T-shirt and parking pass. (I do not have them!)

   You will also be issued an information card with key phone numbers. There is a place to write down
your Area Program Coordinator’s phone number. You should put my cell phone number there. It is:

757-746-6697

Please be aware that I am also responsible for other areas on site and so will not always be in Hall-D.
I should have my phone with me throughout the day though.
