[Halld] Run Update (09/19/2018)

Dear Collaborators,

The accelerator group is currently setting up the beam in CEBAF. They 
checked the aperture and no longer found any obstructions in the North 
Linac. At the moment, the beam is already making 2.5 passes. If the 
recovery continues like this, we can expect the beam in our hall on Friday.

Following the schedule, we have to lock the hall on Thursday afternoon 
(~15:00h) and staff the counting house starting with the day shift on 
Friday.

In order to be able to receive beam, we also have to sign off 100% of 
the MCC check list, which was down-graded after the hurricane weekend. 
If you are responsible for a subdetector, please check it!
