[Halld] Planning for Monday

Dear colleagues,

This Monday is planned for beam studies during the day shift.
We expect to have an opportunity for access to the hall.
We also have a request for a walkthrough for this time, so the number
of available keys might be limited. It would be practical if you would
coordinate with me your plans to access the hall.

We are planning to empty the target this Monday and fill it on Tuesday.
