[Halld] [EXTERNAL] Shifts going to standby until 8am tomorrow

Dear GlueX people,

There was a vacuum fault at 0520 this morning, this entailed some
repairs. I just heard from the PD that we will not see beam in the hall
until tomorrow daytime, probably around lunch time.

We are moving tonight's swing and overnight shifts onto standby.

If you are scheduled for these shifts, please email your phone # to both me
and Beni, so that we can contact you if we need to.
