[Halld] Spring run preparation and RC meetings

Dear Collaborators,

I have tentatively scheduled preparation and run coordination meetings for the upcoming Spring Run in Hall D.

The two next weeks we plan to have meetings on Tuesdays and Fridays:

Tuesday 01/15/2019
Friday 01/18/2019
Tuesday 01/22/2019
Friday 01/25/2019

Then, daily meetings start on 01/30/2019.

The meetings will start at 8:45am, EST.

For those local to JLab, all meetings are in CC A110 until 01/29/2019. Then, meetings will be in the counting house conference room starting on 01/30/2019.

Please le me know if your personal schedule is not compatible with the above.
