[Halld] Hall Lockup Tuesday 3pm - power permit

Hi All,

The accelerator DC power group has to do troubleshooting/repairs on TSB5C Box Supply (magnet power supply). Unfortunately, both the Hall and the Tagger must be in Power Permit to power up this supply. After discussions and compromise,  the agreed upon time is Tuesday Nov 5. The lock up will begin at 3pm.
