[Halld] /scratch on gluons

Hi All,

  On Thursday the gluon computers in the Hall-D counting house will be taken down while
we switch to the new fileserver for the home directories. This will also replace the current
/scratch directory on all gluons. We do NOT plan to copy the old /scratch to the new server.
If you have anything on /scratch on the gluon systems that needs to be saved, please
copy it to another location before Thursday morning.
