[Halld] No RC meeting tomorrow + a few updates

Dear collaborators,

A friendly reminder that we will not have a morning meeting tomorrow in observance of MLK day. Our next run coordination meeting will be Tuesday morning.

We were successful in delivering a maximum of 2100 nA of beam to the hall as part of the planned accidental study on Friday, along with data points at all other requested<https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Tagger_accidentals_rate_scan,_Fall_2019> beam currents. The target was emptied for this study, so an empty target run was taken as well. From Saturday owl shift onward we have been collecting production data, and have increased the beam current to 250 nA (up from 150 nA). The only configuration change was to slighly modify FDC HVs for higher current running. Production data taking has been relatively smooth over the weekend.

We expect beam to be down for 5+ hours on Tuesday, though there is a chance this may be moved up Monday based on accelerator performance. This would be a good time for a controlled access. If you would like to enter the hall please let me know, and be on the lookout for possible updates tomorrow.
