I would like to thank you for the tremendous amount of work you put into overseeing the writing and submission of this manuscript.  This is a critical document to have as a reference for future papers.  Thanks to all contributors, and to the people who did reading and editing of the final versions.  Hopefully the referee process will go smoothly.
