Dear colleagues,

This is a reminder of the 6-ft distance rule.
Our counting house is large enough that we can easily keep larger distances.

Stay safe,
Eugene

Subject: Maintaining 6ft distance in the Counting House while taking shifts

Hi,

Just to make you aware that potential shift takers and others at the lab have raised the issue that the Counting Houses may be too small to have two or more shift takers working at distances of 6ft or larger, as required. If such distances can not be maintained, shift takers may have to dawn Tyvek suites and masks (ES&H has procured some of this PPE). This potential issue is more relevant to Halls A and C but Halls B and D should also look into it to make sure there are no issues. So, could you please take a look at the usual shift taker arrangement in your Counting House, make rearrangements if necessary to keep the minimum 6ft distance between shift takers and let us know of the outcome?

Thanks - Javier
