[Halld] Access to the site

Hello everyone,

All the detector electronics will be turned off starting tomorrow morning. Nick will be on site in the morning to help with the shutdown. I will also be in in the morning so let me know if you need any assistance.

Concerning the access to the site - I enclose a clarification from Rolf:
