[Halld] Hall D presumptive Positive COVID case

Good Morning all,


A person in Hall D Tech staff is feeling the symptoms of a cold this morning. This is now a presumptive COVID case. This person was in the Hall D counting house yesterday morning.
Starting now, the Hall D counting House is off limits until further notice.

Enhanced cleaning of the entire counting house will happen this morning and again this evening.
All entrances to the counting house will be posted.
The west entrance from outside near the Cryo building will be opened for access to the hall.
The situation will be revisited tomorrow depending on how the presumptive COVID case feels in the morning.
