[Halld] Hall D 2021 run - access and training info

Dear colleagues,

the Hall D ES&H page

contains up-to-date information on the current requirements for the shift takers and those doing detector testing in Hall D, as well as other relevant information. It also explains the rules for getting access to the Lab. Some documents linked to this page still need to be updated - they are marked.

Please note that the Hall D training SAF113 includes a walkthrough. This training does not expire.  Scheduled walkthroughs will be announced at this mailing list halld at jlab.org. Keep in mind that once the beam operations started there will be fewer opportunities for walkthroughs.
