[Halld] Hall Closure for power supply testing

The DC power group will be testing their magnet power supplies for tagger beamline (as well as our tagger magnet power supply) Thursday, August 12 (tomorrow). The hall be be in Power Permit and inaccessible from 9am until about 1pm.
