[Halld] transitioning to Zoom

Folks,

A couple of updates.

*Recordings*. After the contract with BlueJeans terminates, we will lose 
access to any recordings that we have on their site. If you have 
recordings that you want to save, you need to download them before 
January 31.

*Getting Started Webpage*. Alex Austregesilo recommends this page 
<https://jlab.servicenowservices.com/sp?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0012102&sys_kb_id=5351ee4c1bf3b4506a9e85dae54bcb6b&spa=1>, 
which was mentioned in the Lab's original announcement, if you are 
trying to navigate the transition.
