[Halld] Sunday RC Update

Dear Colleagues,

The reconfiguration of the accelerator is nearly complete, and we were 
asked to be ready for beam at 4pm today. The counting house will be 
staffed during swing shift, but we are still looking for one volunteer 
to stay from 10pm to 4am. A worker shift participation for both shifts 
is also encouraged and should be considered as a great opportunity to 
see how the photon beam is tuned to Hall D. Depending on the beam 
availability, we plan to work on the steps outline here:

We will use the remainder of the night to work on trigger/DAQ tuning, 
and hope to be able to start the alignment of the diamond radiator 
during the day on Monday.

Yesterday, the solenoid magnet was ramped to 800A and appeared stable. 
It was left there over night and we will start ramping it all the way up 
before 4pm to be ready for physics beam.
