[Halld] Sunday RC Update Pt. 2

Dear Colleagues,

At 4pm today, the hall was closed and the counting house was staffed to 
be ready for beam. We filled the lHe target, ramped up the PS 
spectrometer magnet and also the solenoid magnet slowly reached the 
design current. Shorty after 5pm, MCC could start tuning the electron 
beam to Hall D. We will set up the photon beam in the evening and may 
even start the trigger/DAQ checkout later.

Many thanks to Mark Dalton, Bo Yu, Beni Zihlman and Carlos Ayerbe who 
filled in the shift schedule on short notice.

We will start the daily run planning meetings tomorrow at 8:45am. Please
