Hello to all users and staff,
This is gentle reminder from your Hall D safety warden.
The last several days we have been doing final preparations in Hall D for our upcoming run , including clean-up and hot checkout. While doing this we have discovered a few housekeeping issues that could be potential machine and staff safety concerns. I ask that everyone that has components, experimental equipment or property in the hall to please make time before we close up to go through the hall and tagger to tidy up your areas. There are lots of anti-static bags , loose cables , etc.. stashed in the controls racks that can cause damage to components. If you lose a screw, please find it, if you cut a tie wrap, throw it in the trash, when you drill holes , vacuum the shavings up. If anyone needs storage bins or help contact Mark or myself. We all should be very proud of our Hall D being the newest and best kept of all the Halls at Jlab and do our part by cleaning up after the work is done every time.

Thank you all for your help,

Hall D Safety Warden
Keith Blackburn
