[Halld] Update on the accelerator schedule and on the Lab's access

Dear colleagues,

The schedule for this run is being updated by ENP and the Accelerator division. It is still tentative, but I do not expect big changes. The updated schedule addresses the delay of the run start and the number-of-passes requirements from the other halls. Hall D can not run if all 3 other halls are running at <5 passes. The PRIMEX run will end on Nov 4. On Nov 5-7 the energy/pass will be increased. SRC will run from Nov 8 till Dec 6. There will be no more Hall D running in December and January, only the other 3 halls will run.

As you may have learned from the Lab's announcements, the new access rule on vaccination will be activated on Dec 8. One may check your vaccination status using the JList page (JList->People), or using the direct link:
https://misportal.jlab.org/jlist/covid_statuses/self
Jlist can only been seen from a JLab-located address, or by using vpn from outside.
