[Halld] Possible change in the accelerator schedule

Correction:
There is no plan to move the end of the 2023 winter-spring run from 7am March 20. In case of the 12 January start GlueX would get 4 more days of running.
The plan is to extend SAD by 4 days in July. Hall D is not scheduled to run at the second half of 2023.

Hi all,

There is a strong push to start beam operations on January 12, 2023 instead of January 16. The run would end in March, also 4 days earlier.
This schedule change is pushed by the accelerator division in order to have more time for SAD work.

We need to update our planning in order to get ready for GlueX by Jan 12.
