[Halld] [EXTERNAL] Update: Hall D Runcoordinator report: No beam Thursday

After consultation with the target group, we have emptied the target. That means no shift leaders are needed to watch the target. Thus the plan is as follows:

Shift workers and leaders for Thursday day, swing, and owl, and Friday early riser are not needed.

Shift workers and leaders for Friday day shift (10 am) should plan to report at the beginning of their shift.

This might get updated as more information becomes available.

There will be no beam today (Thursday) and during the night.

Shift workers for Thursday day, swing, and owl, and Friday early riser are not needed.

We are currently exploring to empty the target, which would release the shift leaders as well. However, until this is confirmed,

Shift leaders still need to report to the counting house.
