[Halld] [New Logentry] MCC takes beam for 2 - 3 hours; hall in controlled access

We had an access to hall to troubleshoot CDC HV issue. The hall is still in controlled right now, because MCC takes beam away for 2 - 3 hours.
If there is anything alse that needs to get done in the hall, please let me know.
