[Halld] JLab email retention

Dear Colleagues,

Please remember the deadline for the new JLab email deletion policy next 
Monday, July 10th. On that date, every email in your account that is 
older than 7 years will be automatically deleted unless it is placed in 
the "Archives" folder. Entire folders can be dragged temporarily into 
the Archives folder for review, but it is only intended to hold 
research-related emails indefinitely.
