[Halld] Hall D 0 point in Z

Hi All,

Naomi pointed out some discrepancies in the Hall D 0,0,0 point in Z in the survey spreadsheets over the years. From 2014 through 2020, all should read Z = 398.1386. After that, all should be 398.13902. The Hall was re-surveyed relative to the accelerator at that time. I have updated the spreadsheets in the "O" drive. The update spreadsheets have "HD00 corrected" in the title.
