Keith & Chis,
This is a great idea. I commend you both for taking the initiative to organize potentially valuable items as useful stock.
Thanks,
Scot

Subject: [Halld] ESB storage clean-up and inventory
To all that may have items stored in the ESB,
Chris Dalgleish and I started the task of getting the Hall D allotted storage area better organized. There are lots of items that need to be inventoried and given a documented storage location so they can be found if and when we need them. Chris will be doing this, but we need your help to determine what is junk to be excessed and things of value. If you have some experimental components, boxes of literature, cables,FDC,CDC parts, computer equipment, or anything that is stored please take a few minutes to look around and help us to store what is of value and get rid of obsolete items that are taking up space. Chris has already started some lists of spare parts on the O drive in Halld engineering spares.
If you have some items that you know of that can be excessed or otherwise please respond so we can get this done.
The goal is to have everything stored on racks and catalogued.
Thanks,
Keith Blackburn
