[Halld] A message concerning fire safety

I am asked to alert the staff and users on the following incident:

A user produced smoke while cooking something in building 12, triggering smoke detectors. The incident went up to DOE. We certainly do not want extra restrictions on coffee makers, microwave ovens etc.

Please avoid making smoke in the JLab buildings!
