[Halld] Reminder: Hall D test run meeting at 9am today

Colleagues, 

I should not have responded to Lubomir by saying the schedule spreadsheet is wrong.  What I should have done is referred him to the scheduling memo which includes the following on page 5.  https://www.jlab.org/sites/default/files/user-liaison/files/Experiment-Schedule-2023-10-12.pdf  I apologize. 

Ops plans beam studies on the BLM system on March 6 in the hope that better understanding will allow trip rate to be reduced without increasing damage risk.  The next maintenance day would be Wednesday March 13 but the tentative plan is Thursday March 14 in deference to the Hall D test.

Maintenance/Beam Studies. 
As noted earlier, Accelerator Division may request up to twenty-four hours per week for 
maintenance and beam studies, including recovery: 12h beam studies + 12h general and SRF 
maintenance. This total time should include any restoration time needed to return to nominal 
operations. The Run Coordinators will be consulted in deciding how this time is scheduled, e.g. 
several shorter or a few longer blocks of time. During the upcoming run period, accelerator may 
switch to a bi-weekly maintenance/beam studies period making use of larger single blocks of time
but still averaging twenty-four hours per week.
