[Halld] [EXTERNAL] Beam Expected to be Back ~3pm

Hello everyone,

We have good news, the PD just informed me that they might be ready to send beam back after they perform a test, which is scheduled at 3:00 pm. They recommend starting to fill the target and having people on shift starting at 2:30 pm. As discussed on today's morning meeting, the plan would be to perform a harp scan as soon as the beam is back, and depending on the beam quality, we might begin with the high intensity scan.
