<div class="">I will be the lead for the new EPSCI = Experimental Physics Software and Computing Infrastructure group.</div>
<div class="">We are in the IT division, but will contain a mixture of physicists and computer scientists. The primary mission</div>
<div class="">will be to support the 12 GeV science program at JLab. We will primarily focus on bringing new software and</div>
<div class="">computing technologies to the experimental halls. This will only work if we remain deeply connected with the</div>
<div class="">those programs. Thomas Britton and I are both in the EPSCI group and will continue to be involved as active </div>
<div class="">GlueX collaboration members. While many of my operations duties will be taken over by other Hall-D staff,</div>
<div class="">you have not gotten rid of me yet!</div>
