You must have received today a mail from the administration concerning the implementation of the new access rules. For those who have not I briefly describe them here, and I will add the full text to the documentation on the Hall D safety page. I must say that
the rules will be implemented a month earlier that I had anticipated, as far as the access is concerned. The implementation date depended on the on-site testing.

<ul>
<li><span>Nov 3: employees can do COVID testing on site</span></li><li><span>Nov 6: anyone who comes to the Lab has either be fully vaccinated or provide a negative test result (weekly). The Lab provides testing to the employees only.</span></li><li><span>Dec 8: employees have to be vaccinated unless have received a waver from the management based on a medical or religious status.</span></li></ul>
<div><span>The new rules will be activated a month before the end of the run. I hope that the users taking part in the run will be able to meet the requirements.<br>
