[Halld_src] Instructions for remote access

Hi all,

For remote shifts and access behind JLab accelerator in general, you will need to setup some security actions to login. They use the MobilePASS app. Please see the instructions below from IT on how to set this up:

Below is a service portal article on MobilePASS enrollment. The pictures/instructions will be different depending on the mobile device (iOS or Android).

Essentially, each person should send an email to helpdesk at jlab.org<mailto:helpdesk at jlab.org>; whether they're a new enrollment or previously enrolled. We will need to assist them on a case-by-case basis.
