[Halld_src] Shift sign up

Dear all,

Sign up for all Worker shifts is now open! If you will have the experience and training required for a Leader shift, please sign up on 24 November and later for a Leader shift role. All Leader shifts prior to 24 November may be filled by Hall D staff and those experienced only.

Sign up for Worker shifts now assuming they will be remote. If able, you may take these shifts on site while training in Hall D shift procedures (so that you may take Leader shifts in person later).

1 RC shift qualifies for all publications
8 shifts qualify for all publications
