[Halld_src] [EXTERNAL] Run plan meeting

I apologize, but I also will not be able to attend at 1pm.

I had posed a similar question when we got the extension because by Friday or so this week we will already have doubled our deuterium statistics, and it’s not clear to me, quantitatively, what benefit we would gain by running out the clock on deuterium or if we could benefit from the few extra days of helium.
