[Halld_src] [EXTERNAL] Run plan meeting

1:30 pm is still not good for me.

But people with the results will be there.

We have shown in the past meetings the statistics for the three targets 
according to the plugins we have. And seen that we have expected values 
for 4He, for instance. But also, C and D has been shown.  That is why we 
proposed D.

We also have shown the statistics for the other targets, I think it will 
be good to know for people doing the analysis what is expected to show. 
However, the spokepeople have to decide sooner rather than later if the 
want to move to other target.
