Dear All,

My apologies, I had to leave the meeting earlier today.

As far as I know, Chris Keith is on travel during this week and James Brock is
planning to travel (starting from tomorrow until at least the end of this week); those
are two people who can handle the target change.

I doubt that we'll be able to change the target on Friday or during this weekend.

Cheers,
              Sasha

Subject: [EXTERNAL] URGENT: Hall D SRC/CT Spokespersons' meeting 9:15 AM EST Thursday

Dear Hall D SRC/CT Spokespeople,
Following our discussion today, we've decided that we'll need to have a spokespersons meeting to come to a decision about how to use the remaining beam time, i.e., whether to switch to the helium-4 target on Friday, or to remain collecting on deuterium until the end of the run (on Tuesday morning, 12/21).

Since this decision is time sensitive, we'll hold this meeting at 9:15 AM EST tomorrow, Thursday, 12/16. We'll use the standard Analysis Meeting Blue Jeans. The link is:

The student analyzers are rapidly tabulating numbers of triggers / events / statistics for the various scenarios. Slides will be posted here:
https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Analysis_Shift_Meeting_Agenda,_December_12_-_December_18,_2021
as soon as they are available.

Even if you can't attend the meeting, you are welcome to communicate your preferences so that we can take them into account.

Thank you everyone for your input, especially under short notice. Talk to you tomorrow,
Axel
