[Halld_src] [New Logentry] SRC accumulated statistics

I put a summary of statistics accumulated at different run conditions to

(it's linked to the SRC run wiki page)

So far, we have been getting along pretty well (with a good accelerator efficiency) 
and completed about 57% of the experiment (based on the physics data sample 
collected).

We are currently taking data on LD target at 140 nA beam current, as planned. The 
total trigger rate is about 67 kHz and the live time is 96%.
