[Halld_src] Possible extension and shift signup for Hall D SRC/CT experiment

Dear all,

Thank you for your support for the Hall D SRC/CT experiment so far. We have collected high quality data on 4He, C, and deuterium targets with the photon beam. It is highly likely this experiment will be confirmed in the next couple of days to take an additional 2 weeks of beam time, extending this novel measurement from Dec 6 - Dec 21. We will need shift takers (both on site Leaders and Workers who can be either on site or remote) to cover this time period.

With the extended two weeks, if everyone is able to take in total (since the start of the experiment) a minimum of 6 shifts per person by institution, this would minimize the shift burden per person. So I would like to encourage anyone looking to take a few more shifts to please sign up as soon as possible at the link below:

Our local analysis group is prepared to take the Leader shifts, but the schedule is open at the moment. Please don’t hesitate to sign up for shifts. If you have any trouble or conflicts, let me know, and we can accommodate.
