Dear all,
The shift sign up for the Short Range Correlations and Color Transparency experiment (E12-19-003) in Hall D is available here:
https://misportal.jlab.org/mis/apps/physics/shiftSchedule/index.cfm?experimentRunId=HALLD-SRCCT
Institutions are required to cover a minimum of 4 shifts per person for authorship on all publications. Shift Leaders are in person, and must be experienced in Hall D shifts (requiring at least 4 previous shifts with beam). Shift Workers are encouraged to be on site in the Hall D Counting House, but they may be taken remotely.
When signing up for shifts, please read and sign that you have read and understand the documentation for this experiment in Hall D:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeJh5XFi2BXn5UPPu-OhaNYVQeJn44ixnwm4dAz0gST7Opd5Q/viewform?usp=sf_link
Due to COVID-19: You must renew your JLab registration 7 days prior to arrival! And you must take safety training SAF003! If you are new to the lab or to hall D and you plan to take Leader shifts, you must plan to arrive well ahead of time to complete the walkthrough training (SAF113) which will require access to the hall prior to your first shift.
Please let me know if you have questions or issues.
Looking forward to the experiment!
-Holly
