[Halld_src] Hall D shift prep

Dear all,

The next open date for Hall D walk through training is on Friday, Nov 5th with Mark Dalton (in cc above).

If you are taking in-person Worker shifts and/or Leader shifts, you will need this training to take shifts! If you wish to be on the list for this training next week, please e-mail Mark.

If you are coming into town later during the run period and need this training, please let me know as soon as possible when you will arrive and when your first shift is. I will coordinate with Mark to ensure we have walk-through dates planned ahead of time to accommodate.
