[Halld_src] SRC/CT Monitoring Launch 2021-11 ver03

Dear Colleagues,

We completed a new monitoring launch with the 2021-11 SRC/CT data set. 
We processed the first 5 files for all 521 runs. The monitoring plots 
can be found on the web pages:

The REST files, random trigger skims and several trees are saved on cache:
