[Halld_src] RunPeriod-2021-11 offline skims done

Hi all,

The offline skims for the SRC/CT are essentially finished - this
includes pi0 skims for calorimeter calibration, skims of special
trigger types, etc.  The files can be found here:

/[mss|cache]/halld/RunPeriod-2021-11/calib/ver01

A couple percent are missing due to processing errors and some bad
tapes.  Let me know if you see any problems with these.
