[Halld_src] SRC/CT Monitoring Launch 2021-11 ver06

Dear all,

First, Alex thank you for all the work and the update. Thanks also to Bo for helping coordinate this.

I made a new spreadsheet for v06 monitoring checks:

It would be great if we could finish all the check by the end of the week and start the
full data cook ASAP since we have computing resources available.
