[Halld_src] SRC/CT Analysis Launch: 2021-11 ver03 and ver04

Dear all,

We finished the first two full analysis launches, ver03 and ver04, for the SRC/CT run in Fall 2021 since the completion of the reconstruction. Ver04 is a small launch to pick up some reactions we missed in ver03.

In total, we processed 27 reactions on 78 deuterium runs, 24 reactions on 164 helium runs, 23 reactions on 232 carbon runs and all the reactions on 6 empty target runs. The merged trees can be found at:
