Bhesha & all,

Before going to coding, you can try to lose the pion & proton timing cuts which by default are set to https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Spring_2017_Analysis_Launch_Cuts (unless it is changed in the configuration file). For PrimEx, I was able to improve the \eta \to \pi^0\pi^+\pi^- detection efficiency by increasing the timing window to 100 ns ... for the charged pions. This wiki, https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/The_particle_selection_criteria_can_be_changed_in_the_configuration_file., explains how to change the timing cuts.

To visualize the events do: hdview2 [your evio/hddm file] if you are looking at mc simulation do not forget to set
JANA_CALIB_CONTEXT to variation=mc or write in a cfg JANA_CALIB_CONTEXT variation=mc and do hdview2 --config=[your cfg fine] [your evio/hddm file]

Examples of coding can be found here:

tks ig.
